Client systems run on infrastructure the client owns, hosted in Europe. Where every piece of data goes is written down before anything is built.
United Kingdom
Our home market. RightThing Studio LTD is registered in England and Wales, contracts are under English law by default, and data handling follows UK GDPR. Delivered in English.
France
Delivered entirely in French: interviews, workshops, documentation and support. The GDPR and the EU AI Act apply directly, so where your data sits and which models touch it are questions you will be asked. We answer them in writing from day one.
Switzerland
French-speaking Switzerland in French, international firms anywhere in the country in English. The revised Swiss data protection act (nLPD) sets the rules, and servers can be hosted in Switzerland. We do not deliver in German.

They are where we can work in your language, in a working day within an hour of yours, under data protection rules we know well. Each one has strict data law and businesses that care where their data lives, which is the point of everything we build.
AI Audit
Find out what AI is actually worth in your business before you spend on it. We interview the people doing the work by video call and they show us each process on a shared screen, so we can document it and time it. Then we rank what is worth fixing by hours and money saved.

If a process cannot be shown on screen, we can come on site, agreed and priced in advance. The audit fee is credited in full if you start a Build Sprint within 30 days. If you build with someone else, or nobody, you keep the plan.
Build Sprint
The audit names what costs you most. The sprint fixes it. One workflow or one assistant, one outcome agreed in writing, tested on your real data before it goes live.
- Runs on a server you own, hosted in Europe

- A person approves the outcome where it matters; your team does not need to learn prompting
- Code, written handover, walkthrough recording and admin guide are yours
- 30 days of fixes after go-live
Operations
AI systems drift: data changes, models update, edge cases appear. This is the service underneath. We host and monitor your systems, fix faults, usually before your team notices, make small changes as you ask and add one new capability a month.

- A named person who answers, Monday to Friday, with a reply within one business day

AI Act and data protection review
We map where AI touches your data and check it against the EU AI Act and UK GDPR, the GDPR or the Swiss nLPD. You get a data-flow map and a ranked gap list. A position map, not a certification.
Ownership and exit assessment
Every vendor says you own your data. We map where it actually lives across your tools and document the way out of each one, ours included.
Standard sessions
Each session is built from your team's real tasks, gathered in a short questionnaire beforehand. Your people work through them live, in the tools they already have or are allowed to use, with clear rules on what data may go into which tool.
Leadership briefing
Two hours, up to 8 decision-makers. What AI can and cannot do in your business, the risks, the data rules, and where to start.
Team workshop
Half a day. Safe, effective everyday use on your team's own tasks. Everyone leaves with a shared prompt library they can keep adding to.
Team day
A full day. The workshop, then building reusable templates and simple assistants for the team's recurring work, tested before the day ends.
Adoption session
Half a day, up to 12 people, for a system we have built for you. What it does, what it does not do, when a person approves, and what to do when something looks wrong.
- Included: questionnaire beforehand, session materials, the prompt library, and a one-hour follow-up call 30 days later

Custom programmes
For organisations that need more than one session: several departments, more than 30 people, or a rollout over weeks. We design the programme with you, then fix the price before it starts.

Every engagement starts with a 30-minute video call, free and without commitment. You tell us which work takes your team the most time; we tell you honestly whether AI can help, and which service fits. If it is worth going further, you receive a written proposal with a fixed price for your scope. Nothing starts until you have accepted it.
1. Discovery call
30 minutes by video, in English or in French. Free.
2. Written proposal
Scope, deliverables, timeline and a fixed price, usually within two business days.
3. Work starts
Once you accept the proposal and, where we handle your data, sign a data processing agreement.
- Prices exclude any applicable taxes. RightThing Studio LTD is not VAT-registered.
- Builds: 50% on signature, 50% at go-live. Any change of scope is priced and agreed before it is done.
- Hosting and model costs are paid by you, on your own accounts, so you keep the infrastructure if you leave.
- Support hours are Monday to Friday, UK business hours. We do not offer 24/7 cover.
- Training: 50% on booking, 50% after the session. Free rescheduling up to 10 business days before.
